We’re a small but mighty team and are able to ship one to two times per week - you can typically expect your order to be processed within 7 business days. Please note that certain pieces are made to order or may be out of stock and can result in extended delivery time. We will make every effort to communicate with you as soon as possible regarding any potential shipping delays due to staffing shortages or other issues. ALL shipping within United states are FREE. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AT THE MOMENT.
WARRANTY:
We take great pride and care in quality control - all pieces are made by experienced jeweler in a NYC studio. Within the first year of purchase, we offer complimentary resizes on eligible styles, diamond or stone tightening, and ring reshaping. If we determine a repair issue is due to a manufacturing defect, leezanding will cover any repair or replacement fees, and will replace side or accent diamonds that go missing due to a manufacturing defect. We also offer complimentary free of cost polishing.
Please note our warranty does not cover any lost items or jewelry that has been handled by third-party jewelers. Our warranty excludes coverage due to typical wear and tear and/or negligence.
